I am a fine art photographer who concentrates in the manipulated image interpreted in the media of digital and alternative process photography. My imagery deals mostly with the Jungian concept of the shadow self through the re-envisioning of fairy tales and myths as a means of commenting on the hypocrisies of human interaction. My interests include myths and fairy tales, things dark and sinister, fluffy cute animals and scuba diving with sharks. I love to SCUBA dive, but haven't been down in awhile - miss it. And the list goes on..., photography (duh), Egyptology, Jungian Psychology, dreams, swimming, body work, going to museums, comic book art....

I play bass in the all-girl punk rock band Alpha Betty (www.alphabettyrocks.com) I also love Tom Waits, Beastie Boys, Bjork, White Stripes, King Kong, Tricky, The Cure, TBW!, Suspected Terrorists, Beethoven...oh and so many more...music is fantastic, I could go on forever.

My favorite moveis are Jim Jarmuch's Dead Man, Arsenic and Old Lace with Cary Grant, The Cook, The Theif, His Wife and Her Lover, Things Behind the Sun, Super Size Me...again there are too many to list...I love film and have worked on the Louisville Film and Video Festival as one of the organizers for several years. I also do experimental video pieces and mocumentaries.

I don't have much time for TV but usually try to catch the Simpsons and Arrested Development on Sundays. I miss the X-Files.
